By installing, accessing, or using the Undistract application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Undistract is a productivity application for Android that provides:

• Focus Timer — Pomodoro-style countdown sessions with Focus, Short Break, and Long Break modes.
• App Blocker — Detection and overlay blocking of user-selected apps during focus sessions.
• Task Manager — Creation, prioritisation, and tracking of daily tasks.
• Quit Bad Habits — Streak tracking and milestone awards for breaking unwanted habits.
• AI Insights — Personalised motivational tips generated based on your local usage patterns.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

You may use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks connected to the App.
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.

The app-blocking feature in Undistract uses Android's Usage Access permission and a foreground overlay to discourage use of selected apps during focus sessions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The effectiveness of blocking varies by Android version, device manufacturer (OEM), and device settings.
• The blocking overlay can be dismissed by the user at any time by choosing "End Session." It is an accountability tool, not a hard technical lock.
• Undistract does not guarantee that all apps can be blocked on all devices.
• We are not responsible for any interruptions to your workflow caused by blocking behaviour, or for any occasions when blocking does not function as expected.

You are solely responsible for:

• The content of the tasks and habit entries you create within the App.
• Ensuring that using the App (including its notification and overlay features) complies with any applicable workplace, school, or organisational policies.
• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your device, which holds all your App data.

All content, design, graphics, user interface elements, software code, and other intellectual property within the App are owned by or licensed to Undistract and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without our prior written consent.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements or that any results obtained from its use (including focus, habit progress, or productivity outcomes) will be accurate or reliable.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDISTRACT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
